A series of fun experiments using the voice with music and sound effects to present jingles, adverts, news, stories, and interviews, which can be woven into a light hearted radio miscellany, for recording and then listening back to on audio CD.

Making a programme around chosen theme/ issues/ stories/ ideas. Using poems, literary extracts, interviews, and vox pops and discovering ways of linking the material with music and FX, to make a CD/broadcast for a chosen audience.

for class groups of up to 25
Fun experiments with a whole range of resources: adverts, jingles, news, weather forecasts, interviews, ghost story, drama, sound effects, music etc from which the participants choose to create the sound of their own radio station and build a schedule of items for recording on the final workshop with our guest sound engineer.

Four short linked radio dramas designed for specialist drama students with a focus on vocal acting and presentation skills, timing, creation of mood and atmosphere, and use of music and sound effects. To be recorded on CD for group evaluation and in-school broadcast.
